FULL BROADCAST EXPERIENCE TO THE LOCAL CHURCH

MARCH 31, 2008 - Expanding the outreach of the local church; Ka You Communications is using satellite bandwidth provided by The SPACECONNECTION to provide “real time” satellite-based solution for churches and ministries across the country.

Multi-campus McLean Bible Church, with its main campus in Tyson’s Corner, Virginia, has recently implemented such a satellite distribution of its ministry for outreach to community churches. This vibrant church ministry established a new campus in the Ashburn, Virginia region when expansion of their Tyson’s Corner campus wasn’t an option. Prior to commencing satellite distribution of live worship services, the McLean Bible Church shuttled digital recordings of its Saturday night services to their remote campus. Now each Sunday morning the remote-site church can participate in the same live services as their McLean counterparts.

Ka You Communications, headquartered in Maryland, provided the satellite video equipment and fully managed integration services to assist McLean Bible’s David Schatzman as he brought the uplink on line for the launch of the church’s satellite network.
